A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended this year’s 1973 Club Lunch! It was truly special to welcome you all back to Warminster School, and the day was filled with laughter, nostalgia, and some unforgettable stories—though a few of them may be best left untold! 😂
One of the day’s highlights was the tour of St. Monica’s. Both myself and the Head of the Prep School were amazed by the stories and memories you shared about the building’s history. It was fascinating to hear about its past, and we learned so much that we never would have known without your input. Your personal connections to the school continue to breathe life into our campus, and it was wonderful to experience the day through your eyes.
We’ve captured some fantastic photos from the event, including a great shot of OV Adge Secker proudly wearing his special scarf, which he has now kindly donated to The School Archive. You can view them here: 1973 Club Lunch Photos
It was a fantastic day spent with a truly wonderful group of Old Verlucians. While we’re already looking forward to next year’s 1973 Club Lunch, we’re excited about the many opportunities to reunite at upcoming events throughout the year.
Thank you again from the bottom of my heart for making the day so special. Your time, stories, and friendships mean the world, and we can’t wait to welcome you back again soon!
