POETRY and PROSE: Friday, 22nd May 2026
Poetry and Prose is an informal evening when pupils and staff present an eclectic mix of stories, poems and sketches.
We take over the marquee on School House lawn for the evening and the event is FREE: no tickets required; simply turn up! It begins promptly at 7pm and we are generally finished by 9pm.
Please bring your picnic and yes, alcohol is permitted for over 18s. It may be summer, but it can get chilly once the sun has gone down, so please bring a jumper. You may also want to bring a rug or picnic chairs to sit on.
We look forward to seeing you there!
Calling all Old Verlucians!
OVs – you are warmly invited to perform. If you’d like to take part, please contact Cathy Dathan at cdathan@warminsterschool.org.uk with your proposal.
