Warminster Youth Club recently hosted a thrilling quiz night that not only tested participants' knowledge but also raised an impressive £529 in support of the club's ongoing activities. The event, held in collaboration with Warminster School, took place in the Thomas Arnold Hall and featured a delightful curry dinner, adding a flavourful twist to the evening.

Community spirit was at the forefront as participants from all walks of life gathered to support the youth club's cause. Teams, brimming with enthusiasm, competed head-to-head in rounds of trivia spanning a wide array of topics, from history and science to pop culture and sports.

The venue, was provided by Warminster School, offering the perfect setting for the event. Lisa Cook, Community Outreach Coordinate at Warminster School said “It was a fantastic evening, and we are so happy to be able to support the local youth club. Thank you to everyone who came along and supported “

Beth Mullins, the Senior Youth Leader of Westbury & Warminster Youth Club said “As a charity and the only youth club in Warminster it is imperative that we have fundraising events to allow us to keep offering the young people a safe space to come where they can hang out and take part in activities. We've never held a quiz night before but with the guidance of Lisa Cook, at Warminster School and the use of the Thomas Arnold Hall as a venue, it was a huge success and we managed to raise a huge £529. This will go straight back to the young people of Warminster. I would like to say a massive thank you to the local businesses of Westbury and Warminster who kindly donated raffle prizes, the quizzers who bought tickets for the night & those who couldn't make it and bought raffle tickets. Thank you to the staff and volunteers who helped on the night and a huge thank you to Warminster school and Lisa for having us."

Warminster School continues to support Warminster Youth club, with monthly Art session and a up and coming Silent Disco.
