Come and join our Summer BBQ and Social Sixes cricket event— play against staff, pupils, parents & OVs in a 6-a-side tournament.

Don't fancy cricket? Just come along for the BBQ & catch up with friends.

This event is open to pupils, parents, former parents, staff, OVs and all of our school community! We will have a staff team, parents team, OVs team and pupil teams on the day, could we get a former parents team together too? Pupils in Year 7 and above are welcome to join the main fixtures, younger pupils and their parents are invited to attend a fun softball session between 4pm and 4.45pm.

* exact times depend on the number of teams entered, but expect a 10:30 start for the first matches.

What is Sixes?

As the name suggests, the game is six players on each team, compared with the usual 11, on a slightly smaller pitch — matches are quick, fast & lots of fun, with 4 or 5 overs a side — each match lasts about 30-40 mins, with a format that ensures every team gets to play a few matches.

Cricket equipment is available to borrow on the day- All Welcome!
